JANUARY 2025. Fibre optic fire detection with Yokogawa Iberia's DTSX1 control panel.
DURTOX CO and NO2, opacimeters and anemometers.
The Valladolid East Bypass is an 18km Iberian gauge railway branch whose objective is to collect the freight traffic that now passes through the Campo-Grande station, 25% of the total, to avoid the passage of goods trains through the city centre. The bypass has a 3-wire branch line that connects the railway complex with the northern junction.
These tracks start in the Antequera pine forest and go around Valladolid to the east and include a tunnel that runs under the San Cristóbal industrial estate with a length of 2,192 metres, in which the gradient runs underground, most of it being a cut-and-cover tunnel.
We have supplied CO and NO2 detectors manufactured by DURAN ELECTRONICA as well as opacimeters and anemometers. For fire detection in this tunnel with two tubes and a central gallery, DURÁN ELECTRÓNICA, as authorised distributor of YOKOGAWA IBERIA, has supplied the Yokogawa TSX1 linear detection system by optical fibre.
