Detection of toxic gases O2 and CO2.

The CNIC Foundation has been conceived to develop a relevant, competitive and excellent international research effort in relation to cardiovascular disease. The foundation has a 28,144m2 research center, located in Madrid, with more than 6,000m2 of space for laboratories equipped with leading edge infrastructure and equipment.

The laboratories with cleanrooms are especially designed to obtain low levels of contamination. These rooms need to have very strictly controlled environmental parameters: particles in air, temperature, humidity, airflow, indoor air pressure and lighting.

For the demanding protection levels of these laboratories, the DURGAS system with STANDGAS PRO LCD TOX detectors for carbon dioxide and oxygen, both designed and manufactured by Durán Electrónica, have been selected.
