CO detection in underground car park.
Since 1902, The American University of Beirut Medical Center (AUBMC) has been providing the highest standards of medical care to patients across Lebanon. What started as a hospital providing 200 beds is now a medical center with a capacity of 350 beds and treating more than 360.000 patients per year.
The center is currently undergoing an expansion process to reach a 600 bed capacity. The expansion project is focused on two main priorities: increasing capacity and creating new specialties, and the recruitment of top-caliber, highly specialized faculty.
Within this expansion project five underground car parks are included, which are protected by the DURGAS gas detection system, designed and manufactured by Durán Electrónica.
