Detection of CO and NO2 toxic gases.

This emblematic and luxurious building in Madrid was built in 1976 as the head office of the bank Banco Popular Español. It is located in the middle of the Salamanca district, on the intersection of Velazquez and Ortega y Gasset streets.
The project includes 7 floors, a lower floor, five basements, attic and penthouse. It was built with high-quality prefabricated concrete and follows a sober but quality architecture.

The available surface in the basements for garage and parking use is of approximately 7,740 m2 for some 387 vehicles.

To protect the car park the DURGAS system for the detection of toxic gases and CO and NO2 EURODETECTORS have been installed, all designed and manufactured by Duran Electrónica.
