Gas detection and air control in road tunnel

The government approved the construction project for the last section to remaining completion of the Beasain-Durango axis. With a length of 10 kilometers, it will connect the Urretxu-Legazpi junction with the AP-1 in Bergara.

Construction of the Deskarga tunnel will allow going under the Deskarga mountain pass and is composed of two unidirectional two-lane tubes with 650m length each. Two evacuation galleries for pedestrians connect both tubes

These tunnels are protected by CO and NO2 detectors designed and manufactured by DURAN ELECTRONICA, as well as by ultrasonic anemometers distributed by DURAN ELECTRONICA.
