CO detection in office building.

This project of national interest was born in 2002 with two objectives: regroup services and recover one of the most devalued areas in the capital of Extremadura, the La Paz neighborhood. The plan was to develop urbanistically a marginal area and provide it with public services, residential areas and parks.

The most important intervention is the construction of a large building that hosts six regional government departments (Culture, Development, Rural development, Social affairs, Health and consumer protection and Education) over a built surface of 62,975 square meters, of which half, around 38,000 square meters, are prepared for office space. Also, for parking there are 10,100 square meters available divided into two floors, with a capacity of 666 vehicles.

The new DURPARK system for CO and NO2 detection, designed and manufactured by Durán Electrónica, has been selected to update the CO detection installation in this important building.
