O2 detection.

The pioneering Don Simón juice plant in the province of Huelva has 1,500 hectares of its own plantations. Its integrated agriculture project allows to squeeze in less than 24 hours the freshly caught oranges from the tree guaranteeing the quality in the raw material. It has the capacity to process more than 2,000 tons of fruit per day. It has 5 aseptic packaging lines with speeds of up to 24,000 packs per hour and a refrigerated and robotic warehouse of 14,000 pallets.

Always oriented to the care of the environment avoid waste that causes many environmental problems, a totally sustainable energy collection system and state-of-the-art wastewater management. With the Ministry of the Environment, it is committed to actively participating in the reduction of greenhouse gases, thus combating climate change.

For the detection of nitrogen exhausts, used in pressurization, they have installed the DURGAS and EURODETECTORS system of O2 designed and manufactured by Durán Electrónica.
