Environmental control and CO, NO and NO2 toxic gas detection.

The Emilio Mine is one of the main providers of fluorite in Spain. It is located next or the Fitu road, passing the town of Loroñe. This well-known and renowned mine offers transparent fluorite with edges of up to four centimeters, some along with baryte and others with pyrite.

The mine remains in activity with the mineral being taken to the concentration plant by truck. The company exploiting it has three fluorite mines in the region of Asturias, and is the largest European producer of fluorine: 150,000 mt. of annual concentrates in acid, metallurgical and cement grade.

The detection of toxic gases is carried out with SONDELTOX detectors for CO, NO and NO2 manufactured by Durán Electrónica. For environmental control, anemometers and temperature and humidity sensors distributed by Durán Electrónica have been installed.
