Node Alcobendas is a medium-stay aparthotel or temporary accommodation built by Dragados and promoted by the Alcobendas City Council. It is located in the industrial estate of Valdelacasa, in Calle Monte Valdelatas in Alcobendas, a few minutes from the metro and the new financial centre of Madrid, close to more than 500 multinationals and large headquarters such as BBVA or Telefónica.
Due to its proximity to Madrid, to the business belt of Alcobendas and to major hospitals such as La Paz and Ramón y Cajal, it is focused on the accommodation of professionals, students and researchers.
It is the eleventh tallest tower in Madrid on a plot of just over 24,000 m2 and 44,348 m2 built. It has 21 floors and 707 modern and technologically advanced accommodation units of up to 30m2. It also has a high environmental qualification: BREEAM certification for the degree of environmental sustainability of buildings.
Its facilities include a gymnasium, sports courts, swimming pool, garden areas, barbecue, gastroteca, minimarket and a 440-space garage protected by the DURPARK system and its CO and NO2 detectors, designed and manufactured by Durán Electrónica.
