CO detection in sports centre.
The Palacio de Deportes de la Comunidad de Madrid (Community of Madrid Sports Centre) – also temporarily called Barclaycard Centre for sponsorship reasons – is a multi-purpose arena located in the center of Madrid. It has a capacity that changes depending on the activity it is holding, being capable of expanding its capacity from the initial 10,000 people up to 13,673 for basketball matches, or a total of 18,500 for concerts.
Apart from the two activities mentioned, the sports centre has seen diverse activities such as martial arts, athletics, boxing, figure skating and even equestrian sports, being the sports facility in Madrid that offers the widest range of possibilities.
The new DURPARK CO and NO2 detection system, designed and manufactured by Durán Electrónica, has been selected to update the CO detection installation of this multi-purpose arena.
